Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your 72hours account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5 business days of receipt.
